Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PureInvest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the service immediately.

Service Description

PureInvest provides Shariah-compliant stock screening and dividend purification calculations based on the AAOIFI (Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions) methodology.

The service is currently in an early access (founding member) phase. Features, availability, and pricing may change as the platform evolves.

PureInvest is NOT a financial advisor. All information provided through our platform is for educational and informational purposes only.

• Stock screening results should not be considered financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
• Users should consult qualified Islamic finance scholars and financial advisors before making any investment decisions
• Past compliance status of a stock does not guarantee future compliance
• PureInvest does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided

AAOIFI Methodology Disclaimer

Our screening is based on AAOIFI Shariah Standard No. 21 for investment in shares. Please be aware of the following limitations:

• The methodology involves interpretation of financial data that may not be available in real-time
• A stock's compliance status may change as companies report new financial data
• PureInvest makes best efforts to provide accurate screening results but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy
• Different scholars and institutions may interpret the AAOIFI standards differently

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on PureInvest are the property of PureInvest and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without explicit written permission.

User Accounts and Payments

Founding member payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Payment terms are as displayed at the time of purchase
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information

Limitation of Liability

PureInvest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• PureInvest is not liable for any investment losses incurred based on screening results or information provided by the platform
• PureInvest is not liable for any inaccuracies in financial data used for Shariah compliance screening
• In no event shall PureInvest be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of PureInvest shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal framework.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of PureInvest after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
